Triptych Coffee Co. is a mobile specialty coffee cart founded in 2023, by betz + lois, with the desire to enrich our community through coffee. operations began on September 1st, with locally purchased second-hand equipment. We started serving at weekly markets at a local plant shop, True Leaf Studio, and throughout the fall, slowly expanded our hours. Later in the year, we participated in a local shark-tank-style competition hosted by Stoke Co-Working called the Denton Pitch Competition. By speaking on our community-oriented ideals and zero-waste goals, we were awarded second place and a grant of $3,000. By March of 2024, we were partnered with True Leaf Studio and serving full-time.
